Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Evie + Tee Apparel!

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed, not including weekends. Your order will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. You will be contacted once your item is shipped with available tracking numbers.

RETURN POLICY

In order to process a return, please follow the instructions below.

1. We must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of your order.

2. you must contact us via email to initiate an exchange and state your reason for return. You must mail the item/s back in its original, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition with all tags still attached (if any). We must receive the item/s in the same condition that you received it.  

3. Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue you a store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility on all shipping charges.

NO REFUND POLICY/STORE CREDIT

Refunds will NOT be issued. A store credit will be issued once a return is approved and processed.

All Clearance and Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No exchanges will be allowed on sale items, promotional orders (ie. BOGO) etc. 


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you should receive a damaged item/s, you must contact info@evieteeapparel.com no more than 3 days after receipt of your order. You must include a picture of the damage. You will then mail the item/s back to us at the address listed below. Once received and approved, your damaged item/s will be replaced with the same item/s or if they are no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item/s purchased, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please follow the return policy above.

You may only exchange items of equal or greater value. You will be responsilbe to pay the difference in cost.

We cannot guarantee that an item you want will be available due to limited quantities. A store credit will be given if an item is no longer available, no refunds will be given.


CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email. No cancellations will be accepted after the item/s are shipped.
